We offer a full return guarantee on all new products, excluding promotional items. Sale items are not eligible for this guarantee.
Items purchased during a sale are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges, even for incorrect sizing. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the right fit.
Delivery times are estimates. We cannot guarantee arrival for specific event dates unless confirmed in writing before purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. Isadora London does not reimburse return shipping costs and is not liable for any expenses incurred during the return process.
Returns must be reported within 30 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
We offer a full guarantee on all defective items. If a product shows a manufacturing defect, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with the courier. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@isadora-london.com. Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes after purchase. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
To initiate a return, please email info@isadora-london.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions to complete the return process. Returns without a completed return form cannot be processed.
Please note that all returns may need to be sent to our international warehouse, depending on your location. Customers are responsible for ensuring the parcel is properly packaged and tracked. We recommend using a reliable courier service with proof of postage.
